Structured diagnostic evaluation and management of achalasia, esophageal spasm, esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction, ineffective esophageal motility, and selected gastroparesis cases.
Upper Endoscopy
Diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. Includes biopsies, bleeding control, dilation of strictures, and endoscopic mucosal resection.
Colonoscopy
Colorectal cancer screening and therapeutic colonoscopy, including polypectomy, biopsy, and bleeding evaluation. Same-day discharge with minimal downtime.

Dr. Roberto Délano Alonso is a highly qualified, internationally trained gastrointestinal surgeon based in Mexico City. He completed advanced training at the Cleveland Clinic, Los Angeles County Hospital, and Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami — and has held leadership positions including Head of the Division of General and Endoscopic Surgery at Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea González. His care philosophy emphasizes ethical practice, professionalism, and clear, human-centered communication.
